www.queenofheartsindia.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on weekends, Public holidays & just before 2 or 3 days of consecutive Holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is calculated based on the weight of the order. For multiple products ordered the system adds up the total weight and shows the charges accordingly during checkout. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged shipping as per the total weight of the order.

Duties & Taxes: All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi / any other Local Taxes / Levies, Customs Duties, etc. as applicable in your region / city / state / country. These are payable by the buyer.

Domestic Shipping: Currently free for all orders above Rs. 2,000/-. May or may not be applicable during sales, promotions and on discounted items.

International Shipping: Charges at actuals at the time of placing the order as per the weight. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once the payment is received, orders are dispatched at the earliest or as specified otherwise on the product page. Most Domestic orders are delivered in 7 to 10 working days and International Orders are delivered in 12-15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order is shipped.

IMPORTANT: In most countries, the package may be opened by the local Customs / concerned Authorities to verify its contents.

Countries we ship to: We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, United States Of America and United Kingdom Of Great Britain.
